General Shipping Information
- No deliveries are made on weekends, holidays or on Christmas Day.
- Orders received after 10:00 AM PST will be shipped the next business day.
- Orders received on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.
- Second Day and Overnight Service is not available for shipments to P.O. Box destinations.
- Sorry, we are not able to ship to Military, APO or FPO addresses.
- Sorry, at this time LeapFrog does not ship outside the US. For Canada, please visit our Canada online store at www.leapfrog.ca .
Sales Tax
- Sales tax is calculated and applied to orders based on the shipping address.
Ground Shipping
- Items available for immediate shipment will be delivered by UPS in 7-10 business days.
- Ground Shipping and P.O. Box Delivery is not available for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped 2nd Day or Overnight.
2nd Day Shipping
- Items available for immediate shipment will be delivered by UPS in 2 business days.
Overnight Shipping
- Items available for immediate shipment will be delivered by UPS overnight.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
- For multiple shipping addresses, shipping and handling and qualification for promotions will be calculated separately based on the merchandise total for each address.
Shipping Rates
- Your shipping and handling rates will be calculated at checkout and will be based on product weight and address location.
