Empty egg carton, pennies

Cut an empty egg carton so that it has 10 spaces. Label each space consecutively from 0 – 9. Pick distances for you and your child to stand at, and take turns tossing three pennies into the carton. Make the numbers where the pennies land the addends for your equation, such as 3 + 5 + 8 =___. Take turns solving each equation you and your child create.
