Learning Tip: Zany question and answer rhymes

When caught in traffic or waiting, pose a question and ask your child to answer it in rhyme. For example: What is a dish? Her response might be: A big, green fish!

The object of the game is freedom and facility with words—not realism. Your child can exercise his rhyming skills and creative expressions.
